We accept payment made by all major credit cards and Paypal as a payment method. Our payment service provider is Stripe which uses advanced software available to encrypt your credit or debit card details. As you checkout from giftsdelight.co.uk, you will be taken to the payment page. The URL of this page begins with https:// – this means that the page is hosted on a secure server and all transactions taking place are encrypted, so your card details are protected. Financial details are never left unencrypted on any part of our system and are never sent by Internet email.

All debit and credit cardholders will be subject to validation and authorization by us and the card issuer to maintain security and prevent fraud. For added security, we DO NOT see or store any of your card credit or debit card details. Any card details displayed are only visible to you and are stored on an encrypted network, to allow customers to check out in the most efficient way possible. So rest assured that your details will be handled safely.

Please note that each item has individual despatch time and they’re usually sent out as and when they’re ready. Please refer product delivery information or description tab.

UK FREE DELIVERY

We offer free delivery on all of our cards via Royal Mail for 48 Hours after despatch. If you do require a little quicker than your estimated delivery date please contact us first before placing your order.

UK Standard Delivery

Our standard shipping cost is £3.99 via Royal Mail First Class. Most of our items go out by Royal Mail 24Hour and courier for heavier items. If you do require a little quicker than your estimated delivery date please contact us first before placing your order.

Express Delivery

You can opt-out to upgrade your delivery via Express Delivery at the checkout. Please refer to the Product delivery tab or description if qualified for express delivery. All orders in the UK are charged at a flat rate of £7.99 Orders must be received before 12:00 noon Monday to Thursday for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 12:00 noon on a Friday will be delivered Tuesday. Weekend delivery is not available. Our express delivery is estimated between 24 to 48 hours. Please check the individual product page description if your item is eligible to express delivery. During Christmas time when we are processing a high volume of orders, you may wish to select this option as Express Delivery is always given a priority.

Production Lead Time and Multiple Items

PLEASE NOTE: 

Some of our PERSONALISED GIFTS production time takes 3 to 5 working days in addition to despatch time.(Please see PRODUCT PAGE DESCRIPTION for information). We understand you will be wanting to receive your gifts safely and on time. Therefore, we always strive to process your order straight away and despatch it as quickly as we can.

Our working days are from Monday to Friday only. Any order placed on a Friday afternoon, over the weekend, or during bank holidays will not be processed until the next working day. Orders that are placed before 12:00 noon will begin production that day, after this time orders received will commence the following day. If you ordered multiple items, we may have to despatch each item separately.
